TERMS AND CONDITIONS

1. All orders are subject to acceptance by Alltape. The issuance of an invoice or other confirmation of an order by Alltape shall not constitute an acceptance of the printed provisions contained in Buyer's purchase order or other form that are inconsistent with or additional to these terms and conditions. Orders will be accepted for full case orders only.

2. Specifications and prices are subject to change without notice.

3. All returns must be authorized by us. No exchange or credit unless our customer service department has issued a return goods authorization number. Returns are subject to a 20% restocking charge.

4. Please inspect merchandise upon receipt and note any shortage or damage on bill of lading.

5. Past due invoice’s are subject to a 1.5% late charge per month. Buyer shall be responsible for all costs of collection including reasonable attorney's fees, incurred by Alltape in collecting or attempting to collect amounts owed by buyer.

6. Alltape prepays the freight on all orders and adds a shipping/handling charge on each invoice. When Alltape agrees to pay freight charges, the merchandise is delivered F.O.B. shipping point with transportation charges prepaid using lowest cost routing. Alltape shall deliver the merchandise as soon as practical after placement of order. However, stated delivery time is only an estimate and all tape shall not be liable for non-delivery or delayed delivery.

7. Alltape warrants that its products are free from defects in material and workmanship for a period of one year from date of shipment under normal use. If any goods are found to be defective, Buyer's sole remedy shall be limited to replacement of defective goods. This limited express warranty is in lieu of all other warranties, and Alltape expressly disclaims all other warranties, express or implied, including without limitation any implied warranty of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose.

8. Unless otherwise specified in writing, Alltape's terms of payment are 3% discount on payment within 10 days or net invoice amount within 30 days of invoice date on approved credit.
